Every possible care is exercised to ensure that all products are manufactured to our high exacting standards within planned manufacturing times.

Unexpected manufacturing delays can occur for various reasons. Should such a delay occur, which will adversely affect forecast product delivery, it is our policy to notify you, within five working days of the delay becoming evident, of any product supply delay together with a rescheduled delivery date.
