Countless precautions are taken in the manufacturing of your personal item. Orders are never stamped out in mass, but are handled individually, as if our own. Instructions are followed carefully to bring exactly whatever your design may be.
While extraordinary care is taken in forming, manufacturing, and engraving your order, there are times when delays can occur. We maintain to be prompt in our manner of notification should needed materials arrive late, errors cause reconstruction, or other unforeseen problems. Within 5 working days, you will be notified of any delays in shipment and a new arrival date arranged.
When a product is meant to last a lifetime, our company will make every effort to deliver the best quality with precise detail to make your satisfaction complete.

Returns and Refunds
Finding the right product can be tedious. You have to be patient and persistent, if you want to have your money’s worth. You may be happy with some purchases, but you may become frustrated with others. If you find yourself purchasing an item from our site, we recommend that you check your purchase first before finalizing or confirming it. Be sure that it is what you really want.
Having so many choices can be confusing, even for a prolific online shopper. You may become too busy to double-check the products that you want. This usually ends up in a bad purchase because the item you received in the mail is not what you thought you selected online. It may be damaged, have the wrong color, too big, too small, or even the wrong brand. When this happened to you, it makes you regret even visiting the online shopping site.
Unsatisfactory purchases may happen because the item looked different on the monitor from what it is in real life. The product may also fail to perform properly when it arrives at your door. This can be considered as a consumer crisis, which is not what online shopping sites want for their patrons. We only want you to have the product that you have specifically selected from the myriads of products that we have.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds if you somehow make a mistake, so it is important to ensure all spelling, layout and photographs are to your satisfaction before you proceed with payment. However, you can choose to exchange the product or ask for a refund, if you do end up with a product that isn’t accurately described, different from the sample, and/or faulty. We are always happy to make sure that you get what you really want from our site.
