“Forever Shining were wonderful. Our cat passed away and we wanted a plaque/stone to remember her by. Forever Shining were very responsive and made sure we were happy with the design we submitted online and added a lot of nice touches to the image etched on the stone. “I highly recommend this company !!!! Plans were in place for me to inter my parents 1000k away. However, I was experiencing sheer frustration and total disappointment from a well known company here in Adelaide, not to mention totally running out of time! I went online and discovered Forever Shining. I was able to design my own plaque easily, and Marco and the staff worked magic. I took receipt of the plaque on the morning of the fourth day, after placing the order! Stunning job! Brilliant plaque! Outstanding service! “Unfortunately I can’t get a picture of the plaque to attach so I hope Forever Shining can attach and show off their skills. After my closest best friend’s passing I searched everywhere for the perfect Plaque. Some plaques were just awful in real life …. The waiting list was months at most of them . I emailed Forever Shining and a young gentleman drew me up a proof immediately. I nearly fell off my chair plus cried cause it was beautiful. I went down to their shop and paid expecting to wait months for it to be installed but it was installed so quickly. The price and quality was fantastic. I did a lot of homework so don’t bother going anywhere else go to this company. Ps I got guitars and a picture of my friend on the grave(Being a guitarist). “Thank you to everyone at Forever Shining. When looking for a plaque for my Father-In-Law, I searched the internet, looked at lots of websites and contacted many companies. Forever Shining was the standout by far. Their website was informative, user friendly and was the only one that had pricing (which were very reasonable) and let you design your own. I received a fast response to my email and a lovely design which was just what we were after. The whole process was effortless. “I Manage Newhaven Funerals, Crematorium and Memorial Gardens in Mackay, Queensland. We have been using Forever Shining since 2011 and have ordered over 160 plaques from them. We have ordered granite, bronze and stainless steel plaques and we have never had an issue with the quality of the plaque and the prompt service from Forever Shining. The website is very user friendly and lets you get a life like picture of what your design will look like before it is produced. “An amazing company to deal with! After experiencing a lot of frustration trying to deal with a cemetery that was attempting to force me to use their supplier, I contacted Dannae, and she and the staff were so helpful, empathetic and caring. “My contact (AJ at Admin) was very helpful. We changed the spelling of one name several times, as well as the method of affixing the stainless steel plaque. She was not phased.
